hello i've been waiting since the 14th of december to receive a refund from a e cheque i used to pay a seller with but then the e cheque was cancelled as i paid the seller instead from my debit card does anyone know how long roughly it would take to receive a refund back from paypal? i've looked online it said up to 10 working days its now past 10 working days and i'm still yet to receive a refund of any sort from paypal
