I ordered a window from a company in Germany on 7the Dec 2020, it never arrived.
The company has agreed to refund the money but despite several emails back and forth they never do.
PayPal and eBay will not help, ia ther any other way I can resolve this ?
You have 180 days to open a paypal dispute for non receipt of item, looks as if you are out of time?
I paid for the item on 7th December 2020 for delivery in February 2021. The item never arrived and the vendor agreed to refund £150.05. The money never arrived. I complained to eBay and they said the refund must come from Paypal. I complained to eBay they said to contact Paypal. Paypal says the refund must come from eBay. And there the matter rests.
