payment refund good day how can I called customer service I make payment to design company and they told me many back guaranteed I refuse the project and util today I can't get the money they told me they refund the moony and send screenshoot that refund but they refund it not the same amount and to Visa card have 4 digit ending no not mine and my card was AMEX not visa and fro. where they got my card no that is not mine and if the PayPal payment to any one , they can know the payment method ? I will ask when they return PayPal payment It will refund to my PayPal balance or to my credit card? please advise me what I can do Regards Ziad sabra
