refund issued buy hasn't hit my card account yet.

My PayPal account has been issued a refund from a seller.  The statement says the refund will go to a credit card I used for the purchase.  When I go to my credit card account, it shows no refund.  How long does this process take please?

If you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller with a debit or credit card then it won't go back to your paypal balance.

Once marked as completed it will automatically go back to your bank account or credit card but takes up to a week to process through to the bank and a bit longer for a c.c (Paypal say allow 30 days but I have never waited longer than a week for mine, the last one taking 4 days).

I have been waiting for order number1749 i order this on May1,2018 and im still waiting i ask for a refund on May 12 and the seller say i should receive it in a week and now its July 27 and i still dont have anything. At this point i just want my money back. 1 was $19.99 and 1 for $29.99

Thank  you for your help.  I found the 30 day info, but figured that was the extreme.
