Hello
I have purchased item from eBay with my debit card added in paypal
after purchase I removed card from there
due to some reason ebay seller refunded the amount in EUROs
I got message from paypal that I go refund. Checked account, its nothing there under paypal balance neither with my debit card bank account
Paypal showing refund is completed and they won't allow me to raise dispute in resolution center
there call centers are closed in india on the name of Covid
I have added same card again to paypal payment methods and its verified as well, but did not worked
What should I do now..
