refund and fees

Hi, 

I got payment on my bussines paypal account for the item adwertised on Wix made bussines site. Totall fee is round 6%. 

Money is on a pending and if I choose to issue a refund will the buyer get all his money or in other words will paypal and wix refund their fees?
