refund after purchase. How to return to the card?

Please advise. The seller partially refunded the money. they came to the paypal account. But the balance indicates 0.00. Does this mean that the money automatically went to the card with which the purchase was paid? How long do they come back? thanks

Once refunded it will automatically go back to your bank account or card. Paypal say allow 30 days but I have never waited longer than a week for mine, however that varies country to country.
