Hi im new to paypal. Do i need to have a paypal balance to redeem the points i earned from (Swagbucks, Survey junkies, etc.) to receive the money? Or I'll receive it from the bank i linked to paypal? I read on how to make a paypal balance and im not interested in doing it due to giving out my ssn.
