recieving money

Can I receive money if I am registered in Montenegro? Is the only thing I need merchant code? No plastic cards anymore recieved in mail? Thank you

The option to 'receive' paypal payments is sadly not available in your country.
You can only 'send' payments for purchases.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.

Thank you so much for your reply.. so what are my options? Should I open an account as if I am from another country, Serbia per say? In that case my bank needs to be located there?

Sadly its against paypal rules to open another countries paypal account, you wouldn't be able to verify it or withdraw funds from it and at some point it would be limited and if you managed to receive any funds then they would be frozen in that account.  😐
