recieving money from sold items on e-bay

i didn't recive money from buyer from one item that i sold about 2 monts ago...what to do now. What ',ve been missed in rules of paying or refunded policy...pls help also i recive some 4 digit code,  but i don't no where to put it .... pls help me...
