Made purchase To popculture before via PayPal but haven’t received any email confirms from PayPal or popculture ? But my bank account says payment has been made by PayPal. No history of activity in PayPal either ? Is it cause it weekend maybe ? Usually I would get email confirms right away. Any help be great thanks

Double check your bank activity again, it should say the transaction is pending. Contact the seller to check if they've received your order or not. Whatever the reason for the email confirmation delay, if you don't receive an update on your order from seller, any email confirming order from PayPal and the payment has been marked "posted" or "completed" by your bank then you can contact the seller to request a refund or dispute it with your bank.
