receiving payment

Someone is trying to send me money. They have done the usual and there page says I'm yet to accept the payment. But I have received no notification from PayPal of the attempted payment and hours of searching I can find nowhere to question it's existence or accept.

The option to 'receive' paypal payments is sadly not available in your country.
You can only 'send' payments for purchases.

I had this I had emails sent confirming it, apparently from PayPal, but no payment showing on my account. I called PayPal and they had nothing showing up, they told me not to send my item and said I was probably being scammed, any payments should show up on your account, as soon as they are paid.

They do IF you can receive paypal payments in the country you are in.

The person that started this thread is in a country where they canNOT receive paypal payments....hence my answer.
