received a refund but it's not showing in my account activity

Hello, 

 

I received a refund from the seller on the 25th of June When I check the seller website the invoice status clearly shown"REFUNDED"but the refund is not showing in my  PayPal account activity  

I didn't receive an email from PayPal saying the money had been refunded 

Nothing has showed up either in 'My Activity' tab or in my bank account. 

The original payment was made by PayPal via debit card ...

If the seller did issue the refund as he said, should it be had showed up by now? 

I was wondering if maybe PayPal is slow to show something (anything) on my account, or is it a scam from the seller ?
