A friend of mine tried to send me money and recieves this message, after repeatedly check these forums and others for people who had the same issues to find none of the solutions or reasons apply.
I am based in New Zealand and my friend is based in the UK, both countries that should be able to send and receive payments.
Previous issue also seem to cite changing 'seller tools' and updating blocked payments, however when I click to update it it redirects to my profile.
