I am verified, but when i put in the contacts email, type in the amount i want to send, then press continue, it comes up saying "we cannot complete your payment at this time". Sometimes it will go to the page to pick between FF and business but it always ends with "we cannot complete your payment" . The payment being sent is 2900$ if that makes any difference.
