"Unexpected error" when trying to change default Payment Method on Automatic payment

Does anyone know what to do to change the Payment method of an 'Automatic Payment' when it just keeps coming up with the error message "unexpected error".  It only is happening on My iTune And App Store payments, all the others I could change.

You may need to cancel this Billing Agreement and set up a new Billing Agreement to change the payment method.

Do you mean open a new PayPal account instead of using the existing one?
