Problem is exactly like the title says. People can't send me money right now, and when I try to request I am given the message "There's problem with your account. Please go to the resolution center so we can help you resolve this quickly." - however I have no notifications on the bell at the top nor do I have anything show in the resolution center. I've sent and received $ on this account for years - I cleaned out old cards today and even confirmed the bank yet the problem persists. Any help? Their customer support doesn't seem to be getting back to me...
