I'm not sure if ""The request was refused" means that Paypal rejected it, which is what I am pretty sure is the case, but why? I use it frequently, there is $$ in the account. I was trying to buy a "Magic Zoom" microscope camera on-line. Maybe that's a dodgy source? Any advice?
