I have been trying to send money for the past 12 hours to no avail. I keep getting promoted with the message "Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later." I have messaged PayPal support, but not on has answered any of my questions.
I've also tried to transfer my balance back to my bank account, but PayPal also wouldn't;t let me.
Please help me out! Need to get the money out of my account.

As you have not added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in then sadly can't advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.
