I'm attempting to send $15.00 USD to a friend.
It keeps giving me this error!

I Was going through another issue similar to this, however that was a PayPal cooldown.
2 days later and it's giving me this now.
What do I do?

I'm sorry to hear that you're going through difficulty confirming identity when attempting to make a payment. If this persists, please contact customer service by phone. Click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website, then click Call us, then log in for the number or click to call as a guest if unable to log in. A representative can assist with identity confirmation.
