So I just tried to do a pay in 4 payments for the first time, the website bugs out and I have to redo the order. Next thing that happens is I lose the option of pay in 4. It just completely disappears. I go to my PayPal account and it says my application has been denied for "unusual activity."
What do I do here to get it reactivated for me, because this is annoying.
I had experience this problem which lead me to the terms and conditions. Unfortunately, "Pay in 4 is not currently available to residents of New Mexico, North Dakota, Missouri, South Dakota, Wisconsin, or any U.S. Territories. Offer availability also depends on the merchant."
