Hello, I have been experiencing this issue for quite a while now, my friend who lives abroad is trying to send me money, but everytime he tries, this error saying I can't recieve payments right now. I tried contacting staff but to no avail, all I get is the automated reply. I have verified my email, linked my bank account, and what not, yet I experience this issue, my account has no limitations on it yet. Can someone please be kind enough to help me? I would really be grateful. Thanks
