"Receiver cannot accept money" says at my clients side while sending money to me.

Hello.

 

I had forwarded my link to my client, who from the Netherlands. He says that while he tried to pay, it showed "Receiver cannot accept money".

 

I am from India and there is no transaction in my account before. I requested the confirmation for my bank account, it says initiated.

What could be the problem and how can I solve it to receive payments asap?
