Hello, can you explain for me the dilemma in in?
Bid on coffee machine from a new seller who showed a stock photo. Upon winning, I requested an up to date photograph which duly came. I was satisfied and tried to pay. Seller wouldn't accept credit card payment, so I used PayPal.
I contacted seller who informs me he's not received it as yet. Looking at my PayPal page, payment is showing as "Pending" and seller hasn't accepted it as yet.
What's the situation? Have I been duped? Can anyone enlighten me please?
