"Invalid address" error in Shopify Checkout

Hi!

We've recently set up and tested a new Shopify store - but when we try to make a test transaction the user gets an "invalid address" error.

Shopify have tested the store on their end but they've said that the error is definitely on the paypal side. 

Anybody able to help out?
