"Cannot GET /webapps/hermesNY"

I get this error whenever I login to paypal checkout on any website. I have to log in, get the error, close the window, go back to my cart, go through the checkout process again. Anyone know a fix?

Hi @hooplah,

 

I'm sorry to hear that you're seeing an error when you try to load a checkout. It is possible that there is a problem with your browser or the connection. Please try clearing your browser's cookies and cache and restart it, or even restart the computer. If you're using your local wifi, you may want to restart that connection as well.

 

If all that does not resolve the problem, please contact customer service. A representative can look into the problem, troubleshoot, and collect information specific to your account to inform our technicians of the issue.

Phone may be the best bet for real-time troubleshooting.
