I sent money to a friend - the transaction shows as complete on my end and the funds were deducted from the account; however, when she logs in it says that the activity was removed and she cannot access the funds. I can't figure out how to get actual help from PayPal, because it's not suspicious activity (the only option I get). How can my friend get the money?
