I have a customer trying to pay me for an item but she is unable to because it states I am unable to recive money. When I try too request the funds it just states there's a proble but no spacifics. Please help

You have a U.S paypal account so can you confirm you actually live in the U.S?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
