i am greek citizen and i am try to send money to a chat site but always i got a message from the PAYPAL that i cant bcz i am reach on limit of 2500 euros.any one can inform me how to lift the limit (if this permitted) or how to know when the limitation expire so i can easily send money agaainto the site as i mentioned
