problem sending payments

Does anyone have a problem sending payments?  Once I enter the person's email address and hit enter, the next page is blank.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If this happen to me i would call PayPal.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having a technical issue when sending a payment. Please try clearing your browser's cookies and cache, and see if that resolves the issue. If it does not, I would follow @Anonymous_User's suggestion and contact PayPal customer service.
