Hi i,ve paid of Paypal item but seller haven,t got money and i have to pay again Paypal staff should have giving money back to me what i have to pay

Sorry but no idea what you are talking about, however if you have paid and that payment has completed then why pay again?

Are you sure you are not being scammed.
