I have theses payment to merchants pending yet funds are out of my bank and no confirmation from one seller and the over is showing my purchases in the basket yet pay pal as removed funds from my bank wat gives?
Some merchants process or capture payment in batches so give it up to 3 days. This is the amount of time where they are guaranteed payment, after that they may have to re-authorize on their end. If they don't capture it, the authorization will eventually expire and drop off and funds are released back to your account.
