'pending' transfers

 i transfered money to another registered paypal user and i see a 'pending' notice because the other person has not 'accepted' the transfer. how does he do that?

What does it say next to the transaction in your Paypal account?

1. Pending / Unclaimed.
2. Pending / Unclaimed with a cancel option.
3. Pending / Uncleared.
