ok, i need some help here.
i tried to purchase some shipping label on ups website, it keep giving me an error. i did it 3 times. no label was create but i got 3 pending transaction in my account.
i called ups, they said wait 10 days and all payment will drop. 10 days later nothing.
i did a 3 way call with ups and paypal. all they do it's kick me around like a ball. ups tells me to talk to paypal and paypal tell me to talk to ups.
none of them seem able to do a thing or wanting to find a solution beside reading of whatever on the book they were told to say.
what can i do at this point?
