A customer made a ppurchase via paypal and the money got off their account.
In shopify it says the transaction is pending you must accept the transaction manually within paypal.
When I click on it, it opens my paypal account and when I log in it says: we are not able to find this transaction Id. Please check and try again later.
What should I do? I cant find any trace of this transaction in my paypal account.
In shopify when I click for more info about pending transaction, one of the things i noticed is reason for pending: multi currency.
HAs anyone had a ppending transaction that you couldnt find in paypal?
