hi, ive been waiting 2 weeks now for refund .(was from the sellers bank) now neen told it will be another 3 to 5 days ! n also the seller needs to set up direct debit in order for the bank to release the money? i seem to be chasing everyone for my refilund but getting nowhere fast..why do i have to wait so long to get my refund,its ridiculous?
Seller had no money in their PayPal balance so funds have to be gotten from a bank account which takes time but then it turns out seller didn't have direct debit set up, so that takes time, then they'll try to get payment again and that takes time. Bank payments are never instant.
