pending payment

I recently made a purchase on depop without a paypal account, so I created this account after I made the purchase, it's been nine days and the seller has said the payment has not yet cleared and that this was a paypal problem. Can I do anything to speed this process up? Or clear the payment manually?

Hi @laynah, 

I'm sorry to hear of the concern with the transaction. If you sent the payment using the Guest Checkout process, that means you used a credit/debit card to send the payment. Credit/debit card payments are instant. If the merchant has any questions about the transaction, please have them reach out to us. There could be a hold on the payment, but we would need to speak directly with the merchant if a hold has been placed on the transaction.
