pending payment

Hello,

I tried to purchase an from Urban Outfitters but it did not accept my payment method and my order is declined. But in my paypal account it looks like the order is "pending". I know the money will not leave my account until the order is completed, but I did not order anything and decided not to order that anymore. When this "pending" status will be canceled?

I'm sorry to hear about the pending transaction. It could be the authorization associated with the order that's pending. If the seller has canceled the order through the PayPal system the authorization will resolve itself within a few days. If the seller has only canceled the order through their own system and not the PayPal system, the authorization should expire after 30 days. If the authorization is still present, please reach out to the seller and ask them to cancel the order through the PayPal system as well as their own system.
