pending payment still appearnig

There is pending payment, still appears and and money is being taken, that should not be there as merchant already cancel the transaction

In general, when a transaction is pending, the amount is not charged. Depending on the funding source chosen, the amount could be temporarily held until the merchant processed the order. IF the order has been cancelled, the merchant will need to cancel the pending payment on their PayPal account as well. I would recommend reaching out to the merchant to make them aware. If the issue persists, please rest assured that usually, pending payments are reversed after 30 days.
