I don't understand why we cannot receive money from PayPal in Mongolia. We can send but but cannot receive money is not fair enough.

Paypal is country specific, not all countries have the same Paypal options.

At the moment you are one of a few countries that can't accept Paypal payments at the moment.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.
