paypal payment window doesnt load from ebay

I'm trying to make a payment on Ebay UK, and after PayPal login

it goes no further. I get the rotating circle continuously.

I have tried Safari, Firefox and Chrome and I still cannot login on the Ebay.ie checkout-pay with Paypal.

I have cleared the cache, browser history and disabled pop-up blockers but still no luck.

This sounds frustrating. There are no known issues at this time. It does sounds like a browser issue or as you mentioned, your pop up's being blocked. I can only suggest you try clearing your cache and cookies again and try on Internet Explorer.

I didn't want to try using a different browser, because I've used Firefox with PayPal for years.

When I used Microsoft Edge my PayPal worked normally, so two peoples' suggestions worked.

As an aside, my preference is to keep all my History and I refuse to delete it.

I did delete everything else in FireFox and it didn't help.

ive tried different browser and tried on my iPhone no luck. has to be a issue with paypal or ebay
