my ipad paypal here partnership is not working as it did one month ago. after a completed payment transaction it will default to a page asking to submit the transactioin that was just completed. this leads to the question, did the transaction just submitted not really complete itself? One time when I opened my account to check transactions the payment just completed was not recorded. the operator at paypal said it was a tech issue and would be repaired but my ipad has not worked the same since.
