paypal has deducted money from my bank and the status is pending

the problem here is i'm buying in game content with EA and paid using Paypal, however my order counts as fail so after contacting the EA cs they said i should ask paypal since they not receive the money, and status here in paypal is pending. so its contradict with each other. How can i cancel this payment? already tried resolution center but it said i cant make a report on this transaction.this is the summary of my transaction
