hello, I just issued a full refund on a payment of £110 to a buyer after discovering ebay were ripping him off with global shipping charges. all I appear to be left with is £105, or do paypal return the fees which were taken when I received the payment into my paypal account? for some reason they took the £110 from my actual bank account and the money received (the £105) is now pending or something. thanks paypal!
