paypal billing cramming fraud?

in my activity, the original transaction january 30 specifically states "US Postal Service - $4.00 Jan 30, 2020 Misc. Services Payment - PayPal Shipping Services"

but i was charged an additional $145.89 in error "Paid with $145.89 Balance American Express $149.89 AMEX Credit Card x-XXXX You'll see "PAYPAL *USPOSTALSER" on your card statement."

it was a first class package of 4 ounces, not something tremendously large or heavy or any attempt to purchase postal money order or anything expensive.

already have opened dispute with amex, how can i get paypal to prove this charge amount difference?

now paypal has my balance on hold...

Since a dispute was opened at Amex, resolve it with Amex exclusively who will contact PayPal in the course of their inquiry.
