paypal and bank problems

I send money with paypal balance and bank and my friend refunded it but only paypal balance come back and the bank money didn’t come back to my bank or paypal is there anyone who can help me?

The part going back to your bank takes a bit longer, paypal say allow 30 days but normally its a few days up to a week.
