I've gotten two text messages in the last two days each telling me that something went wrong with my payment and for me to add a new payment method. I haven't paid for anything with PayPal in quite a while, how do i find out what the charge is for?

Hi @Billytodd,

 

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!

 

If you have received a notification saying that there was an issue with your payment, it would mean that the amounts could not be charged. If you were sending a payment, though, I would recommend changing your password and security questions in order to avoid any other unauthorised activity on your account. If you see any unauthorised payments, you can report them by following this process.
