hi i am new to this i have just sold something and the customer has recieved it but nothing showing for him to accept he has recieved my parcel on his side and i carnt get my payment till he has done that

That option is not always available, normally funds are released when tracking shows the item as delivered + 1 day.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
