Am trying to pay someone with my paypal balance but am told that My payment was denied. How do you resolve this

There are several reasons why a transaction can be denied. The most common reason is if our security system rejects the payment. The best thing you can do in this situation is to attempt the payment again in 24 hours or reach out to our phone support team for assistance.
