Hello, 

I do not have the option to pay for friends and family why is that?

I only have the option to pay for services and goods - and I am not being told how much the fees is for the recipient, where can I find that?

Its not available in every country, if its not showing for you then maybe your country is one that does not have it.

However as you haven't added your country to your community profile or said what country you are in then can't say for sure.

FEES are in paypals user agreement and vary country to country.

My apologies, I did not add my country as I did not think of doing that, but you have answered my question.

As I think it is because of my country I am in Curacao, Dutch Caribbean so that could be it.
